  • 1 night Aurora hunting tours by car, 4 hours each night with different locations, starts at 10pm.

  • 1 night Aurora Viewing in both Dream Cabin & Aboriginal Teepees, 4 hrs per night, starts at 10pm.

  • 2 nights accommodation (Choice of Upgraded Hotel, Inn's Level Hotel or 5-Star Lakefront Airbnb).

  • Free hotel WIFI

  • Airport pick up and drop off.

  • All tour transportations.

  • 3 days & 2 nights Canada Goose winter clothing.

  • Provide free Aurora photo taking services each night.

  • If you like to change the Aurora Hunting by car to Aurora viewing in both Dream Cabin & Aboriginal Teepees, it will be additional $25/person /night,  4 hrs every night.  The facility provides free hot beverages and late night snacks. 

  • Inn's level hotel includes Nova Inn, Quality Inn, Capital Suites, Super8 or Discovery Inn, please book in advance.

  • Upgraded hotel includes Explorer Hotel, Chateau Nova hotel, Stanton Suites or hotels with kitchen, please be advised you will need to book at least 3-6 months in advance.

  • Photos will be distributed using Apple Airdrop or transferred through USB or SD card. USB can be purchased for $10.

Booking Payment Policy:

  • Pay all or a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking in advance, If you choose to pay 50% deposit, then the full balance is due on your arrival date.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit, E transfer or Cash.

  • Tips or Gratuity is not included in our price, suggests one person is about 8 to 10 CAD dollars per day.

  • Photos will be distributed using Apple Airdrop or transferred through USB or SD card. USB can be purchased for $10.

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED 75% OF THE PREPAID COST OF THE TOUR FARE (ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE).

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged $50 CAD for cancellation fee, but tour fare 100% refunded.

Rooming list for groups with under Four ( 4 ) physical rooms per night:

  • Cancellations received up to 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 25% of the tour fare per person. 

  • Cancellation received up to 2 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the tour fare per person. 

  • No show on the arrival date will be charged 100% of the tour fare per person, NO REFUND.


Rooming list for groups with Five ( 5 ) or more physical rooms per night:

  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the tour fare per person.

  • Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 0% of the tour fare per person. 

  • No show on the arrival date will be charged 100% of the tour fare per person, NO REFUND. 

  • In case of any flight delays, cancellations or adjustments to your itinerary, clients may receive no refund or compensation. But we will do our best to look after our clients in case of delays or cancellations of scheduled flights to Yellowknife.
